2019 edition at 8.4%. Bottle purchased from Beer Shop St Albans. It pours clear rich golden, approaching copper with a few white bubbles in the cap. The aroma is tart, crunchy red apple, zippy, zingy, lemon - lime, apple sherbet, musty, gooseberry, cherry, funky and barnyard. The taste is firmly dry, earthy, woody, leathery, apple skin, crunchy red apple, super savoury, mouth drying tannin, touch of sherbet, light acidity, white wine seltzer and nip of booze with a bone dry finish. Average body and a hint of carbonation in the mix. Super savoury and dry. Interesting and enjoyable as ever.
