Tap at Zil verne. Thin bodied, high attenuation, malt in the background. Bitterness is medium-low, hops character moderate, flowery fruity. Easy drinking, refreshing. Good one.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark amber with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. Lightly nutty nose. Rich, filling body, nuts and burned caramel, brown sugar with a dry, late bitterness. Feels very much like a Doppelbock! But excellent and skillfully made. 240717

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear deep golden with a nice and lacing white head. Rater downplayed aroma, I believe I can get a little cat pee from the NS. Surprisingly light-bodied considering the strength, fruity but no real residual sweetness - it all went into booze. But then again it doesn’t feel boozy either! Ends dry and hoppy but not extremely bitter. A dangerously quaffable beer if it really is 8.5%. 240717

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a a small, lacing white head. Very fresh, tropical hop aroma, nice and chewy. Medium body, very fruity and delicuous, a little cat pee from the Mosaic adds to the fun. Hoppy and dry finish. Quite a delicious IPA. 240717

Tap at Damian. Mostly sweet, full bodied, fruity, dried fruits. Caramelly as well. Lacks a bit of balance to the sweet side, but overall tasty and good. Full bodied, moderately carbonated. Good one.
