Description
We are Fyne Ales, a family-owned Scottish farm brewery. When our brewery was founded in 2001, the goal was not only to make the best quality beer, but to bring jobs, industry and tourism to our community and our quiet corner of rural Scotland. We’ve continued brewing in this spirit ever since. Drawing water from the hills and brewing in converted farm buildings, we create modern, ambitious and progressive beers in a wide variety of styles.

Bottle from Co-Op in Kirkby Stephen. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white candy sticks, dried orange peel and crushed paracetamol. Flavour of grapefruit and celery. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Crisp and nicely hopped. If I had to guess, I’d say there’s Amarillo hops in this.

The only garden I've had where rhubarb was growing was at a rented property in Forest Hill. Amber sour with a creamy head. Really good looking given it has a glow, although the rhubarb itself is quite light against quite a dominant sourness, but it's crisp and very healthy tasting.
