Description
We are Fyne Ales, a family-owned Scottish farm brewery. When our brewery was founded in 2001, the goal was not only to make the best quality beer, but to bring jobs, industry and tourism to our community and our quiet corner of rural Scotland. We’ve continued brewing in this spirit ever since. Drawing water from the hills and brewing in converted farm buildings, we create modern, ambitious and progressive beers in a wide variety of styles.

Bottle from The Fuss Club. Aromas of dark chocolate, prunes, caramel, coffee, plum pudding, touch of smoke. Taste is dark chocolate, burnt toast, coffee, prunes, caramel, black treacle. Rich boozy sweet with a subtle bitterness.

500ml bottle from the Co-op in Jersey. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, citrus & hops. Moderate body. Light bitter finish.

Clear golden with a firm white head. Bright citra notes, pine, citrus zest, toasted malt. Medium bodied. Finish is bitter and dry. Loads of hop bits and flavor in this. Great session.
