On tap at In De Buurt, Zwolle. Aroma of fresh raspberries, hint of wheat, tart red berries. Flavour is light sweet and medium sour. Well balanced, very refreshing. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at home. Aroma of toasted malt, some caramel, some sugar, pine resin, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is light to medium. Decent beer, but I was not very impressed. Could use more body and less sugary malt.

Bottle at home. Aroma is heavily roasted malt, liquorice, spicy ginger, herbal, dark chocolate, hops. Flavour is about medium sweet with a medium roasty and hoppy bitter finish. Body is medium to full. Nice, spicy ginger roasty chocolate Stout. Now I tend to dislike ginger in beer, but I can handle this one.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, mandarino, limone e albicocca.
