Helder gouydgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en licht kruidig met iets van bloemen, wat sinaasappel en wat vlierbes. Lekker zacht bier.

Bottle on 26th December 2024 from Brouwerij’t IJ , Amsterdam. Pours clear gold with shallow foam and scant lacing. Fruity aroma with maltiness and a little pungency. Spicy malts and citruses in-mouth, and a citrus finish. 0.33 l bottle from 'Bierloods22', best before July 2025. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, overripe banana, clove, nutmeg, dark honey and light raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of overripe banana, caramel, toasted nuts, dark honey, coriander, clove and some cocoa with traces of raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant spicy Weizen, very well-brewed.
