Taste is wheat, toffee, flan, and rum raisin ice cream on the finish. Decently bitter and a lingering chocolate and vinous finish. Creamy mouthfeel.

On Tap. Pours with a large, fluffy, off-white head and a clear orange body. Aroma of toasted bread, nuts, dough, and a bit of light spice. Taste is toast, berries, grain, light diacetyl, light alcohol, and quite tasty. Water like mouthfeel, medium carbonation, smooth. Good beer.

Tap. Pour a clear gold with a lasting white head. Reasonable lace to. Aroma of grain and a few fruity esters. Also a blast of CO2 spritziness. Taste is grainy with a bit of dry apple, and a couple fruity esters that seem common to the yeast Franconia uses. Watery and fizzy. As far as kolschs go, this is pretty good.

On tap (finally). Pours with a small, fluffy, off-white head that flattens over a orange tinged yellow clear body. Aroma is grassy hops, toast and diacetyl. Taste is sweet and watery, but clean. Slight bready with no real hops or bitterness. In no way offensive, but not interesting. Well crafted though. Light bodied, dry and crisp with a slight lingering sweetness. Light tingling carbonation (which I prefer to the fizzy beers of the style).

On tap. Uploaded beer and sent in a picture. Pours a hazy deep brown hued body and a thing light brown cola head and good rings of lacing. Head fades slowly. Banana, wheat and nuts on the aroma. Slight hints of vanilla and vinegar. Clearly the same yeast profile as Franconias Hefe, which I happen to like a lot. Taste, hmm, a weizenbock. . .did not know this before hand. Taste is banana esters, a touch watery with toffee, chocolate, vanilla clove and yeast. A bit of vinegar and a good spicy yeast presence. Water to milk like consistency, a bit warming with light carbonation. Good long yeasty aftertaste. Of note, there is a light touch of funk or wild yeast or Brett in the aroma that I am sure is not suppose to be there. There is a very light off-sour note in the tastes. Infection? It does not distract from the positive qualities of this beer.

On tap. Pours a dark brown near black body with a smallish, thick light brown head. Good lacing left behind. Aroma of nuts, toasted malts. Taste is burnt malts and some chocolate. Light bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. Glad to see a North Texas craft beer but there wheat/hefe is much better.
