0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', best before June 2020, cellared for almost a year. A bit hazy, dark ruby with a massive, dense, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity aroma of molasses, raisins, honey and some vanilla. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity taste of caramel, molasses, raisins, vanilla and some honey, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, a little spicy and moderately boozy finish. Medium to full body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Not that bad, actually quite pleasant, just highly over-carbonated.

Bottle. Brown color. Pours a huge head. Caramel in the aroma. Sweet, yeasty alcoholic flavor with caramel and dried fruit. Cinnamon.

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, thanks! A hazy orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong dark caramelish matl, red malt, red fruits, dried fruits. Taste of strong caramelish malt, red fruits, raisins, plums, slightly sticky and boozy.

Can shared at THT. Hazy brown with huge fluffy beige head. Rye bread, herbal, alcohol, sweet malts, light yeast and plastic, raisins, green leaves. Over medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Lots of carbonation.

THT October at Kwartje. Bottle shared. Unclear brownish with lots of bubbly light tan head. Massive sweet barley malts, raisans, dates, salmiak, rusty. Bit rough on all sides. Quite aggressive bakery yeast. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and loads of carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Unclear reddish to red-brown color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, some roast even, a bit plant like and pretty boozy. Heavy, medium to full body, firm fizzy carbonation. Meh.
