Bomber. Pours hazy pale yellow with a diminishing white head that falls fast into a thin collar of foam. Aroma is peppers with a vague vomity whiff that isn’t too bothersome. Taste is almost Cave Creek spicy! Cool. It’s also a bit meaty. I seem to be in the minority here, but I can’t get enough of pepper beers, the spicier the better.

Bottle. Pours with a deep brown body with a creamy, but small brown head. Decent lace. Aromas are big, mocha, chocolate and coffee notes. Earthy, roasty. Baked bread. Beyond the earthy coffee note there is a bit of a Yoplait fake yogurt/vanilla smell (not lacto). Vanilla, lightly vegital. Flavors are roasty, earthy, tobacco. A bit astringent towards the back end. Lightly metallic as well. Bready, biscuity, nutty (almost a victory nuttiness). Vanilla and more coffee beans. Pretty bitter overall. Brown sugar. A bit of vegital coffee. Medium to light bubbles. On the thinner side of things. Decent.

Bomber from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours coppper with a creamy white head. It does smell like strawberries, but more cooked than fresh. Near med body. There’s a lot of strawberry aspect, which finally gives way to a little light toast - making me think of jam on toast - tho not with butter! Makes a change.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours an outrageous pinkish head that was gone in 60 seconds or less. Pour is very red. Compares to my avatar. Flavor is very raspberry and lightly tart. There’s enough seed bitter to balance. Nice beer.

Bomber from the Elk Grove BevMo. Note: bottle has chili, not chile. Pours hazy orange gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is definitely chili pepper. The wheat hasn’t got a chance. Med body. Flavor is spicy! Reasonably hot! Joet wrote it lacks utility. I’m sure it could be used as a rub for sore muscles. Kidding aside, it might go well with some bland burrito or similar. With a little time the palate accomodates. But I think this is going to interfere with rating another beer in the near future.

This is a remake of the Lindemans sweetened lambics, nothing lambic about it. Sweet raspberry candy. Pretty color and head though, very strong carbonation. Bomber shared by Tim.

22 oz bottle purchased at Texas Liquors in Calrsbad, California. Pour is a pink, ruby and golden with a three inch white head that breaks up and falls super fast. Aroma is sweet raspnerries, very much fresh fruit, and table sugar. Taste is fresh sweet raspberries, some light sugar sweetness. and not a whole lot else. The fruit is very natural and clean, and really is the main story. The palate is light bodied, with lower carbonation, and the smoothly sweet fruit finish. This is certainly a naturally tasty Raspberry fruit beer, but its not really a lambic by any stretch of the imagination. No big deal, I just had different expectations with Lambic on the label. Regardless, fun and tasty beer.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours ruby brown with a transient light tan head. Strong, strong coffee aroma. There’s so much coffee in it that it suggests chewy bitter. Amps down a bit with time. Simple and tasty. Extreme beer.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream colored head. Bourbon and malt aroma. Bourbon and malt flavor with dark fruits. Medium-plus bodied. Bourbon and malt lingers with dark fruit and light sweetness.
