Unclear raspberry red with a tiny white head. Plenty of raspberries in the nose along with hints of brett. Flavour came out quite sweet for the style with loads of natural raspberries and vague barnyard notes. Finished sweet. Raspberry juice.

On tap at Stone’s Sourfest. Pours with a hazed red body and a small white head. Aroma of raspberry seeds. Taste is lightly sour, some raspberry juice. Not really very sour or funky, but not sweet thankfully. Think NG Raspberry Tart.

An okay to good fruit beer and a somewhat mediocre lambic. Too sweet and there’s an off grain note. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. The raspberry flavor is natural. There’s mild pucker and a funk note. It’s not a mildly cloying beer but still refreshing and not hard to drink.

Draught. Poured pinkish red with thin head. Aroma is raspberries set off with wheat malt. Flavour is tart raspberries. Doesn’t taste as strong as it is. Lasting fruity finish, with some tartness to keep it from being sicky sweet. Recommended.
