Not so exciting. Lemon hoppy, bit of malt, kind of got a hint of the macro sweetness thing.

Tap at GBF Fukuoka. Huge pineapple smell. Taste is good, thick cloudy pineapple juice, bit of bitterness, something slightly plastic, bit of wheat. Good.

Keyaki. Very good fruitiness, light sweetness, little bit sweet, bit of funk. Maybe touch too boozy but still nice. Hang on, surely the alcohol hasn't jumped up to 8%?

Keyaki. Interesting, salty, but tripel like too. Aroma is maybe minty, but less forthright on the taste. Quite Belgian feeling. Quite full on. Good on them for making this. Full full full bodied. Bit weird at end. Thick and boozy. Strange but will try again though.

Tap at Lambic. Amber coloured, slightly cloudy, bubbly white head. Aroma is banana creamines, normal weizen type thing but fainter, some hoppiness and lots of wheat there too. Taste is similar, banana creaminess is subdued, lemony hop bitterness and grain more at the front. Cakey. Quite smooth.

Tap at Lambic. Orange colour, big creamy off-white head. Aroma is skunky, cat pee, grapefruit, spiky malt, full on dipa. Taste is similar, lots of grapefruit bitterness, malt hiding behind it, but the bitterness dominates. Nice dipa, more on the citrus side than the malt side. Spiky.

Tap at Lambic. Clear golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is slightly sweet, citrus hops. Can't get too much from the honey which is nice. Belgian yeasty too. Taste is good. Honey is in the background. Kind of fruity tripel type taste, citrus again, quite full on. Almost XX bitter like. Very reminiscent of a Belgian beer. Very nice honey beer and not at all sickly.

Tap at Lambic. Dark brown with golden head. Aroma is chocolate, oats, roasty, something implacable, maybe miso. Taste is nice, rich, chocolate again, milky, but full-on too. Something umami. Maybe that miso again. Pretty nice. Slight smoky spiciness too.

Bottle from Lambic. Dark golden colour with small off-white bubbly head. Aroma is a big old mix. Lots of Belgian yeastiness, fruity but the fruitiness is slightly watery. Spicy too. And a bit of booze. Ok, but something not quite there. Taste is nicer, initial tripel sweet fruitiness, lots of malt. Finish is almost caramel like with fruitiness in the background. Something funny in there too. Maybe coriander. Body is pretty full on as you would expect from a tripel. Quite like it.
