Gul lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter svovel, granitt, gjær og bondegård. Middels fylde. Sur, noe syrlig. Smaker syrlige grønne epler, sure frukter og gjær. Middels lang.

Bottle 0,375 at Luppolo Stetion in Rome-Italy. Unfiltered bright orangey color, just a lacing. Nose: peach aroma, strawberries, fruity, mild acetic. Mouth has an incredible intensity, citric and it’s so much fruit and lovely peppery mild finish.

Weertje man ☀️, deze fles bij de Bierkoning gehaald, was altijd bang hem open te trekken vanwege de verwachte zuurgraad. Vrij aardse smaken, zeer fruitig, romig, besjes zitten er nog goed in, hout, zuurgraad is bovengemiddeld maar is te doen.

375ml shared with Ryan, Phill, and Nick. Vintage 2022. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: unique and excellent, like a tea with somw fruits. Taste: along the same lines, quite round, just a bit acidic to me. Overall: awesome!

750ml opened by Karel and shared with Ryan, Phill, Nick. Vintage 2019 (luckily was not sold cause of the dirty cork, hehe). A blend of 1,2,3,4-year-old lambics. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk with some sweetness and fruity characters. Taste: along the same lines, very round, nice sweetness, excellent balance. Overall: amazing! 8-4-9-4-18 750ml shared with Ryan, Phill, and Nick. Vintage 2021. A blend of 1,2,4-year-old lambics. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and fruitiness. Taste: same, very balanced. Overall: awesome! Total Score: 4.1

Poured from 750mL bottle (2020 vintage; courtesy of Karel at De Cam). Hazy gold with huge white head that dissipates. Very nice funk, calm, enjoyable.
