Appearance: clear deep gold with a small white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma and taste: funk, vinegar, lemon, some cherries for some reason, floral notes. Dry. Medium sour, tart. Mouth feel: ligh to medium body, flat carbonation. Summary: fine but not outstanding.

0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 15.03.2003. very good fill level. amber clear color, small white head. Smells funky, cheesy, dusty. very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, green apples, dusty, lime, lightly salty. Finishes dry and medium bitter with notes of grass, green apples and dusty notes. very nice one, suprising bitterness. lovely balance, nice amount of carbonation.

Vintage 2012. Bez gazu i wystrzalu, surowe, jak z beczki oude Lambiek. Starzone wiele lat w piwnicy, lepki korek, Metne i brudne, ciemnego bursztynu. Do kurek w sosie maslano-serowym wysmienicie, podkreca zapach stajennej nuty, skorzanego, wosjskowego pasa. Wytrawne ale z pelnym chlebowym cialem, zarazem lekkie w degustacji. Kompletnie odjechane i inne jak w nocie opisu stary wiekowy nie blendowany Lambik.

A: old pear & apple, quince, dust, musty cellar (specifically the stairs while you're ascending them).
T: sour quince, apple, dust, funky cheese & vinegar.
F: tart quince, plum, wood & dust.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Refreshing but a tad too musty.
A: clear golden, thin, off-white head.
A: old pear & apple, quince, dust, musty cellar (specifically the stairs while you're ascending them).
T: sour quince, apple, dust, funky cheese & vinegar.
F: tart quince, plum, wood & dust.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.

20 jaar oud, citroengeurtje, maar ik vind hem niet zo vreselijk zuur dat het slecht is. Maar het beste is er wel af imo edit.. wacht ff hij is nu toch wel echt zuur …

Bottle shared at tasting. Orange color, virtually no head. Aroma is sourish. Flavor is sour plus yellow fruit. Oh but then, after the initial flavor a heavy sour punch hits you. Heavy. Acidic. Hmm aged a little too long I think. 2003 bottle drunk in 2023. Pff.

Rød noe tåkete med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter kirsebær fyrstikk og eik. Middels fyldig. Fruktig. Smaker sure kirsebær og rips. Snerpende. Lang sursyrlig.
