Deep intense sour beginning. Lots of horse blanket with fruity sour Strawberries in the back. Intense deep sourness in the end, funky bitter sour, very intense deep sour. Strawberries and funky horse blanket. Great!

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is horse blanket, lemon, dust, funk. Flavor is dry, light tart, medium funk. Light body, soft carb. Nice.

Delicious delicious gueze, I wish I could be as cool as karel. So much nose funk and flavor. Rustic as heck. Lemon lime finish that dries deliciously.

Angenehmer, deutlich säuerlicher Beginn mit pelzigem Mundgefühl. Johanisbeere, Kirsche, Himbeere, ausbalanciert. Ein leichter Essigtouch ist im Mittelteil vorhanden, das Lambik bleibt rund und fruchtig, die Himbeeren werden stärker. Intensiv, langer saurer Abgang, gut! 8/11/12/13/11/11

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, 17 years before bbd. Pours a slightly unclear yellow, with a tiny rocky head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of apples, musty plums and funky floral bretty minerals, as well as farmhouse and wooden barrels. Medium body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is lactic with tart notes of hay, apples, fruit peel and funky notes, as well as farmhouse notes and wooden barrels. Dry finish. Very drinkable.
