Woof. Comes on strong with a dark chocolate front, then grows overwhelmingly sweet with a ton of lactose and strawberry. Finishes cloy and clingy. Not good.

12 ounce can from Woodman’s Appleton, 10/22/22. Clear amber, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of lemon, strawberry. Kinda funky. Taste is tart lemon, fresh strawberry, soap. Refreshing. Decent.

473ml can from B&M Bargains. Opaque and near black in colour, with a creamy, beige, and long-lasting head. Aroma of Vanilla., dark chocolate and red berries. Flavour had some smooth chocolate upfront, more vanilla, slightly toasty malts and some fruity sweetness. The finish was rich and chocolatey. Fun drinking and pretty good brewing.
