Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Murky yellow color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, hoppy, fruity hoppy, lightly dank, sweetish, but somewhat bitter as well. Superb!

Hazy, DARK golden color and a nice white head. Nose Is fruity Lemon, wheaty. Taste Is wheaty, orange zest, Lemon, crisp. Easy and good.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, peaches, toast, resin and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced DIPA. Very nice.

Bottle shared with the chefs, Advent Box nr 6. Intensely spicy but somehow it’s not the usual phenonlics that show, carbonation is too low and the malt character or residual sugars are too much for the style. Not tragic tho.

Bottle from Mr. Hop. Aroma is spicy and yeasty with malt, coriander, some sugary fruit, touch of banana. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Decent Tripel, on the spicy side though.

Bottle. Quite sweet with an aroma of coffee, lactose, milk chocolate. Too sweet, milky. Above medium body. Some dark malt and coffee, but the sweetness distracts too much.
