Bottle at Cafe Frape Maastricht. Pours clear pale gold colour thick lasting white head. Odd taste tripel some mint in there. Definitely herbal. As well as some lemon orange and grapefruit trying to struggle through. OK carbonation. OK bitterness on the finish. Odd. It strangely drinkable

330ml can. Hazy, orange golden colour with huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty and minimally oaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally leafy, hoppy aroma, notes of banana, hints of peach, apricot, an initially widely disguised peppery spicy touch of coriander and wasabi. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly spicy, slightly yeasty fruity and fruity hoppy, hints of banana, some peach, apricot, coriander, a touch of mandarine. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively meaty Wit with New England twist, rather creamy - nice.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with some apricot. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with mirabelles and apricot. Medium bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is some bready, mild herbal and a bit gluelike metallicness to it as well. Flavour is grainy, some strange sweetness with a bit yeast and fruits.

ABV: 7.0%. ✅ [ Courtesy of Yorker ]. Clear medium to light yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, Belgian yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity yeast, Belgian yeast. 330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with weak ruby shimmer and average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, espresso, a touch of caramel, instant coffee. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally dry roasty, dark malty, notes of espresso, coffee, a touch of instant coffee. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, silky palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Some nice coffee flavours, not overly complex - decent.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Amber-ish color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, rather bitter tbh which surprises me a little, lightly raisins. Don't get much more. Still quite pleasant though, but to me it's a bit off from the usual Quadrupels. Doesn't mean it's wrong though. I like it in the end.
