Smell-weak, malt maybe. Foam- thin, malty. Head is a white color, small to medium. Appearance- yes, its brewer bottle cap, but it is a nice one, simple label, but not too generic. Clear yellow amber. some weak active carbonation. From- snifter Taste - weak malt, neutral, easy drinking. Not much to prize not much to condemn, average drinkable brew.

shaken bottle? Smell-spice, wheat, weak malt, acidic. Foam- thin, acidic, wheat, neutral. Head is large, white-yellow color, quite loud. Goes away fast. Appearance- beer specific bottle cap? I don't think so if someone can prove otherwise I will increase the score, the label is nice, but no bonus. Clear yellow color, no carbonation. Later hazy. From- weizen glass Taste - wheat, malt, faint citrus, still neutral, nothing to complain much, but not much to prize as well.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing this one! Beer in the glass dark brown, almost no head. Malty alcoholic aroma. Starts intense malty, light smokey, burning alcohol, some woody notes as well. Finish could be more balanced, some notes of syrup. Interesting.

500ml bottle. Clear, mahogany colour with huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, caramel and dark malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, some milk chocolate, a touch of nougat. Taste is sweet. caramel and dark malty, slightly nutty and minimally sugary, notes of malt lozenge, some milk chocolate, a touch of nougat, rock sugar, minimally waxy, grassy, hoppy overtones. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Nice, pretty drinkable, classic dark Doppelbock.

Gold with a frothy white head that turns thin and creamy. Mostly herbal aroma. Taste is bittersweet at the outset with a buttery sweetness at the tip of the tongue. Dry with some very mild herbal bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Drinkable.

Smooth mild malty fruity nose. Caramel, sticky grain. Intense sticky, dry, toffee. Grainy sticky finish with sweetish parts. Somehow strange with not too much depth.
