Bottled. Clear, dark golden beer with a small off-white head. Malt, some hops, beef-stock and some caramel in the aroma. Malt, hops and some caramel in the flavor. Medium body a nd a malty finish. Decent beer, but a bit boring. (070331)

Bottled. Cloudy dark yellow. Peachy estery nose. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with some bubblegum and syrup. More like peach candy than beer. Too sweet to be refreshing.

Flip-top bottle: Clear, amber coloured, mid-sized lacing off-white head; a tinge of metal in the skunky nose (vegetables); sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; the faintest fruity illusions (dried fruit) in the delicate bitter-sweet finish. Gulp, the opposite of a good beer......

Bottled. A clear, golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is quite balanced, with malt, sweetness and fruityness, and that goes for the flavor as well. Some hops too in the flavor. Full to medium body, hence maybe a bit thin, with a sweet finish. It is a balanced and nice beer, yet it is a bit mediocre. (070106)

Das Echte.nFrothy white good mostly læasting head. Very pale yellow colour. Light hoppy metallic aroma. Week and not pleasent flavor. Mango notes? Short finsih. Watery palate. Not a good Helles.
