Bottle, Christmas present amongst many other bottles. Pours amber colour with a tan head, aroma of malts and some pleasant fruits and wheat. Taste is predominantly malty but very pleasing quite a straightforward beer but decent enough.

Swing-top bottle: Poured a golden amber in color with a bubbly white head. Sweet malt and grass aroma. Taste was a bit sour and carbonated with a water malt finish.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with a reddish hint, head was a creamy light brown color. Smell was a sweet malt aroma. Sweet burnt malt flavor that finished dry and tangy.

Poured a dark black/brown with a creamy light brown head. The aroma was of sweet caramel or malasses. Flavor was a sweet burnt malt and a bit syrupy.

(Siphon bottle 200 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear orangey brown with a dense, off-white head. Malty, sweetish aroma. Medium-bodied, sweetish malty without much bitterness. Quite pleasant. 221006

Bottle. Dark red / brown color with a creamy light brown head. Sweet, spiced and quite wheaty nose. Flavour of banana, cloves, yeast and some fruit.

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Slightly sweet strawy, grainy aroma with dense herbal hops. Mild sweet grainy taste, getting dryer towards the finish with a balanced hoppy bitterness.

Das Bier ist leicht fruchtig, eher stechen aber die sauren Aromen heraus und machen das Bier wenig süffig. Gleichzeitig ist das Bier aber in den übrigen Teilen, in denen keine Säuerlichkeit zu schmecken ist, überaus wässrig. Daher wirkt das Bier auch noch langweilig.
