Vintage 2023. Cloudy yellow color and small white head. Bretta, fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Funky, a bit tart, fruity, fizzy, good drinkability. TCBW 2025.

TCBW2025. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is vanilla, some funk, citrus, mild floral and fruity tones to it. Flavour is similar, with funk, citrus and the wooden elements being the most evident things. Dry palate.

TCBW2025. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some funk and mild earthy tones with some vanillaish sweetness to it. Flavour is strangely citrusy and vanillaish with some earthy, funky and quite tart tones. Like many other Side Project beers on this festival (and also usually), a bit strange as such, but they get away with it. Good brains when it comes to getting flavours and aromas going together.

TCBW2025. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart fruits, some citrus, mild funk and some lemongrassy tones. Flavour is funk, some fruity, citrusy, mild wooden earthy and lemongrassy tones. Nicely dry palate, but still very refreshing beer.

TCBW2025. No batch noted (my bad?), so rating under this as also commercial description fits. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is citrus, some floral, mild grassy and some funky tones with a bit wooden elements too. Refreshing Saison.
