Canned 12/5/25, drunk 2/12/26.
Smells lightly juicy with some light pine and light grapefruit. Definitely not a full-on yeasty juice bomb with a good nod to the bittering hop. Clean and bright and aromatic, though, with no resin, alcohol or overly sugary malt.
Juicy but drying out quickly and somewhat dulling via a very wood-like character. Wood, pine, grapefruit and fruity yeast with typical Citra-like juiciness bolstering the stronger hop character. It never gets run away bitter or piney/pithy, though. And it's a lovely, chewy, fluffy texture with good attenuation. Strikes a nice balance between an NEIPA and a WC. Obviously leaning more towards the former, but mostly avoiding the pitfalls of both.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Hazy orange gold pour. Frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Aromas of mild citrus and stone fruits. First sip brings a burst of tropical citrus and pine. Notes of Meyer lemon, orange, pineapple, lime and pine. Some stickiness on the palate. Delicious.

750mL bottle, 2025, drunk 2/4/26, as pictured.
Juicy tropical fruits and light white grape mixing with mineral, rustic grains and gentle, yet-emerging Brett. Low acidity, no excess sugar, some peppery character and just an all-around easygoing balance and moderate aroma strength.
Really nice body on this, bolstered by ultra-tight, natural carbonation. Fluffy, rich, satisfying with ample bitterness from hops as well as tropical fruit skin, white wine and mineral. Mild Brett, still in the process of emerging, and will certainly have more of an impact as this beer ages. But it's lovely, flavorful, balanced and incredibly satisfying right now.

Bottle. Cheers Chris. Hazed gold. Solid white foam. Loads of oak and a load of peachy yeast. Tickle of tart lemon. Whiff of vanilla and creamy grain. Drinks easy with no acidity involved. Juicy tart finish with peachy oak for ages. Lovely stuff.

7.2/10
Intensely sweet, massive banana overdose with some peanut butter, toffee, vanilla, sticky sugar, syrup and candy notes. Heavy and massively sweet. A bit unbalanced and messy

Bottle at home as a good beer to enjoy before going to another land of likely no good beer. Black pour with no head. Huge vanilla and bourbon aroma. The booze is hidden and doesn’t come out until you drink it, when you get this lovely boozy bourbon warmth along with a lovely thick oily texture. Damn good.
