Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Nice saison yeast, light tartness, balanced sweetness. Decent.

750ml (thx, Brent L.!) @ Ryan's.
Aroma: typical Missouri farmhouse yeasts, some oak complexity and fruitiness.
Taste: along the same lines, quite aggressive (as usual), moderately acidic.
Overall: enjoyable, but it's the cost/benefit value is very poor for sure, unfortunately.

Hazy, thin head. Some haze. The aroma is floral, a bit hoppy, and a bit honeyish. The palate has a moderate acidity, again the honeyish, floral notes, decent bitterness. Well-balanced. Quite good.

375 ml bottle from Tavour. Slightly hazed honey gold color. Frothy white head settles to a small cap. Tart, Bretty aroma hints at sour citrus and mango. Flavor is big farmhouse funk. Notes of tangerine, mango, Brett and unripe peach. Interesting.

Bright and astringently sour. The lavender and lemon tone are nice. Kind of lacks the subtlety and finesse of most of their stuff. Just oversoured. OK.

16oz can. If this is the delicate Saison I'm guessing the sure one is going to be quite biting. Quite funky and sour. The vanillla and orange show up big in the aroma. Quite intense to sip at, not very sessionable. Cool flavors, but perhaps a little too sour at times for me. Slow sipper.

Bottle.
A- Purple color, opaque liquid, pink head.
A- Blackberry jam, oak.
F- Berries, grape, mild tartness, faint funk, oak.
T- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, slightly sour finish.
O- Very nice flavor. Loads of juicy jammy blackberry with a decent hit of tangy and tart oak influence. Good stuff.
