A clear brown ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt, with vinous notes, and some chalky points. In mouth, a nice sweet candy sugar, dried cherries, honey and light roasted notes. Another good beer from Mig. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 3 2009.

A deep dark stout with a thin moka head. Bitter chocolate in aroma with mineral notes. In mouth, chocolate and residual sugars, fruity esters, and black dried fruits. Medium bodied. A nice stout. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 3 2009.

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. An interesting aroma , spiced, like a saison (yet, its a bitter), with nice fruity esters. In mouth, a light acidity and harshness, with sweet sugar, hops and light butterscotch. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 3 2009.
