Unser spezielles Kühlkonzept und die dunklen Flaschen sorgen nach dem Brauen dafür, dass unsere Biere frisch bleiben und am Ende genauso schmecken, wie es sein soll und mit Genuss getrunken werden können.

many thanks for this beer to Koelschtrinker. Piwo ladnie wyglada i przyjemnie pachnie wedzonka. Srednia piana ale trwala, geste brazowe, metne i nie przezroczyste piwo. Ale w smaku juz slabiej, po obiecujacym wechu tej wedzonki juz tak sie nie czulo, karmelowosc spora, slodowosc i slodycz, z chmielnoscia nawet ubogo. Nie do konca ulozone zbyt wiele slodkosci w tym piwie a za malo wedzonki, poza aromatem oczywiscie. Szkoda, bo raczej zawod, Przegrywa z kretesem z wszelkimi wedzonkami pszenicznymi z Bamberga, z Schlenkerla, Spezial i zwlaszcza z jakimkolwiek nafciarzem Brokreacji

Tap. Deep golden color with white head. Aroma of biscuity malt and citrus hops. Taste, caramel malt, light citrus hoppy bitterness.

On tap at Braufactum, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma reveals notes of whiskey, toasted caramel, and a hint of tart red fruits. Flavour is a similarly strange melange of whiskey, caramel, and tart red fruits. Very odd for a schwarzbier. Not convincing.

On tap at Braufactum, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma is restrained, with toasted caramel and bready malt. Flavour is very faint, with bready malt and a hint of caramel. Not much character here. Very lame.

On tap at Braufactum, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is very smoky, smelling like smoked meat, some caramel, and a little ketchup. Flavour is indeed like ketchup, with BBQ sauce, gentle smoked meat, and gentle sweetness. Ketchup and BBQ sauce on the finish. This is an odd one for the style.

On tap at Braufactum, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals piney hops, some herbal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fruity and piney, with lots of piney hops, light resins, and red fruits. Fruity and unabrasive for the style, but well-balanced. Good stuff.

On tap at Braufactum, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals gentle herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is sweet and cerealy, with herbal notes, sweet cereal, and straw. Gently sweet and herbal, but pretty forgettable. Decent.
