On tap. Pours with a hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas of strong esters and lacto yogurt. Flavors are odd. A strong note of water that has been used to boil lobsters, wheat, seafood, shrimp, weird. Light acidity. Thin and dry. Very odd flavors, and I am not quite sure what went wrong with this one.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a clear golden body with a white head and some pretty good lace. Aromas are estery, pear, fresh apple, phenolic, pepper, clove, dry grainy and a light tartness. Flavors are dry, bitter, grainy and a strong apple note. A bit of unripe plum in the esters. Light bodied, grassy and raw sugar. Lively bubbles, dry and a bit thin.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a completely clear, very pale copper body (very light color for the style), with a lasting off-white head. Aromas are bready, malty, some raisins, spicy hop notes, a bit metallic and chalky. Flavors are a bit sweet, malt forward, bready, dark fruits and medium esters. Medium bitter with a neutral balance. Lively bubbles, thin, dry and a bit chalky.

On cask. Pours with a hazed yellow, yeast particle filled yellow body with a thick, foamy white head. Aromas are very fruity, bready, estery, woodsy hops, lemon and tangerine zest, over ripe pear. Flavors: a bit of diacetyl and a bit of a slick mouthfeel. Medium bitter, lemon squares (the pasty), bready. Lasting bitterness. Thick and a bit oily on the mouth (odd), medium to light bubbles. So-so.

On tap at the brewpub. By far the most impressive of their offerings. Pours with a very lightly hazed golden yellow body with a thick and lasting white head. Good lace. Aromas are floral and citrusy. Good and classic hop aroma with some grapefruit, tangerine, orange and light lemon. Malt is light (good): grainy and bready. Flavors are nicely dry with an assertive bitterness that is all citrus in nature. Tangerine. Malt bill is a bit odd for a west coast IPA. Seems a bit grainier and straw like than usual (Pils maybe?). Overall, this is a nicely put together, small, dry IPA. Lively, light bodied dry, crisp, good!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with ever so slightly hazed copper-orange hued body with a lasting just off-white head. Aromas are bready, malty, caramel, fruity and a bit estery. A spice note (hop?) and some orange. Flavors are a bit husky, medium to slight strong bitterness (very strong for common, and it isn’t just a hop bitterness). Fruity esters, bready, grainy and very tea like. Medium bubbles and quite bland. Creamy with lively bubbles and a decent amount of tannic astringency.

On tap at the brewpub. Pleasantly surprised by this one. Pours with a crystal clear pale yellow hued body with a minimal white head. Aromas of grass, corn, hay, grainy aroma. Pils malt, a bit sulfury with light esters. Flavors are grainy, a bit bready and biscuity, light sulfur, and a carbonic bite. Hint of metal. Light, herbal and hoppy, grassy. Mostly malt. Watery, bland, and light with a mineral character. Lively, thin and dry. Thirst quenching. Bland but nothing really off about it.
