Pours clear, pinkred. Scent is funky, lambic like indeed. Barrels shine forth nicely. Taste is sharp, dry, clean acidity, mostly lactic but fairly complex nevertheless. Fruity. very decent!

Smells intensely spicy, twigs, herbal, bit too aromatic on the herbal side for me. taste is sharp, tart, very herbal. near medicinal to me. Not a fan .

Aus der Flasche im 2025-12 getrunken. Diese trübe, hellorange Ale zeigt gleich sein moderat saures Rhabarber-Aroma. Der Körper ist sehr ausgewogen. Ein schöner sauerer Ire!

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Unclear pale golden, small white head. Apple cider aroma. Cider and malt flavor, some kind of unusually spices (sage and Provance spices?) Sweet and sour. Interesting.
