Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dark malt, citrus - grapefruit, licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 330ml bottle at the Dec 2016 Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie, cheers Simon for this drain pour. Hazy, murky dark brown, off-white scummy head. Aroma of lightly smoked cheddar cheese biscuits, taste similar but the biscuits had been dropped onto a farmyard floor or something equally as dirty. Met the brewer for the first time in November, not too sure he will want to meet me again after the score I am giving this!

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, courtesy of Simon. Many thanks Simon. Pours a hazy dark brown, off-white head. Aroma of cheesy St Michaels Cheese & Onion crisps. Taste is cheesy, oniony, sweaty, silage, arseblanket. Sorry mike, not feelin this.
