Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Honeyish golden colour with huge white foamy/bubbly head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with some honey and spices in it. Totally lovely aroma. Also some fresh forest in the aroma. Flavour is herbs, some spices and juniper-wood. Mediumbitterness along with the other flavours. The herbs stay long in the aftertaste. A very refreshing and nice brew!

I have had this bottle for a month now but eaglefan beat me to being the first US rater. Bottle is a bit colder than room temperature. I pop the top and there is no pop, funny how that saying goes. No smoke in the bottle as advertised on the label. I pour it into a mug, now this is weird in itself. Dark brown color and flat as an 8 year old asian girl. Aroma is present, smells like a raison rum cake. So mainly its sweet bready rum (sweet alcohol) aroma. Taste at first is off putting b/c its so un-beer-like. BUt after a few minutes you get used to it. Some licorice in it but again liquified rum cake. Some alcohol at the end of the flavor. Medium-light body with no bitterness. Now lets get it mulled up in here.
Going the microwave way right now. So I got two minutes to burn. My gf is talking with here dad about some boring stuff and he is drinking a MGD can, as there is an 18 pack sitting right next to me. So, no matter how this beer tastes its still better than Miller. Here is the beep, eww, too hot. The aroma got much stronger with the heat but I would describe it the same. I mean lots of sweet rummy raison alcohol, just reminds of alcohol rum cake, just right on the button. Oh, man, alcohol becomes so strong now. Its also hard to sip a hot alcoholic beverage, the alcoholic fumes get into your lungs. Maybe I just dont understand it (and I want to like it b/c I like everything this brewery makes). I mean I find this hard to actually drink. The heat mixed with the alcoholic fumes makes this really hard. I appreciate the effort and originality but I cant take it (but i dont regret spending the money).

Bottle. Sour, sweet, fruity and malty aroma with a hint of rag. Rather cloudy orange colour, lots of small floaties. The flavour is sour, but nicely so. The sourness is fruity and yoghurty. The aftertaste reminds me of iron tablets, but I do not suppose vitamins have been added.

Bottled at Horsens Beerfestival. Brownish black with a small tan head. The flavor has a bonfire-like sourness, some coffee, roasted malt and caramel- The flavor has caramel and roasted malt. Medium body. Pleasant, but not what I would call a typical stout. Rating: 6-4-6-3-12-3.1 (061028)
Bottle, 75cl. The beer introduced itselves by volcanoing out of the bottle, ending on the table, but there were enough beer in the bottle to get a good taste for all of us. It had a murky brown, very dark brown actually, body, and a dense, beige head on top. Burnt, sour, chocolate aroma, quite heavy. The flavor had licorice, burnt malt, chocolate, sourness and some barnyard notes. Medium body with a high co2 level. Nice, slightly sour finish with roasted malt and coffee. Pleasant. Maybe a bit sour, but it had the power to take it. (070928)
