A slightly reddish golden colour, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has apples, some tartness. Taste has apples, some tartness. Pretty nice.

375ml cork & cage from Appalachian for $2 more than it should be. B2273 stamped on the cork. Pint glass @home. Way too big of a head over a clear, medium gold body. Dinosaur floral, bittersweet apple skin, veg & olive brine(descriptor stolen from my wife). Bittersweet apples & some bitter lettuce upfront. Sweet onion & pineapple, musky fruit, fermenting nectar, bittergreen. Heavy keeve-like maceration sweetness & popsicle stick dryness simultaneously. Much better as a blend than straight quince. It provides great texture but it's far too floral at times. Maybe too sweet & under proofed, but the small format is nicely carbed & appetizing when it counts.

750ml wired cork bottle. 3%. Opened with a pop. Clear yellowy gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear, fleshy, vanilla.Taste is sweet, pear, ripe, fruity, floral with syrup, vanilla, caramel notes and alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle with family. Clear yellow golden. Dry apple, indeed has a bit of white wine character, fresh wood, earthy, light sour green fruits. Medium bodied, light sweet and sour, quite dry. Good!

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a voluminous, quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is unusual, with a very woody funky character and bone dry apple skins. Flavour somehow seems simultaneously bone dry yet with plenty of sugar, with pear, apple skins, light funk, and lots of wet wood. Unusual but complex and creative. Always interesting these Dupont ciders. Very good.

2021 ABV 8.5. Golden colour. Powerful apple aroma. Woody great dry apple flavor. Long finish. Oily palate.

2019 version is 11% ABV. Copper. Apples: blossoms, reduced, caramelized, even fresh and somewhat acidic. A hint of furniture polish. Linen fresh off the line. Very sweet at first but acidity reels it in a fair bit. This is maybe 14C and maybe a tad cooler might work better. But lovely.

Relatively. heavy crew cap bottle from Finger Lake Bev. They also had the yellow wax version. No easy & obvious production date on these. Had a code: 72131. Lo-ball glass at the hotel, a few hours before my flight back home. Clear, dark, maple syrup pour. Macerated & cooked apples. Lemon & sweet tea nose. Rounded, boiled down bittersweet apple, poke-y but overall weak acid, sweet lemon, tannic sweet tea, paper, corn, caramel, faint oxidation. Lush, moderate acid, low to moderate tart, whatever abv. Very plush. Not bad at all. Needs more contrast. Want something more.
