Pour from bottle @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a clear pale gold. Aroma of rich apple concentrate. Nicely refined spritzy feel with resonant sweet apple fruit, gentle acidity, perhaps a lick of honey.. not bad.

15/11/2018. Bottle shared with Danlo and SHIG. Pours clear very pale gold with no head. Aroma of light green apples with a slight sweet wine edge. Moderate sweetness and very light tartness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish. Ok.
