Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è inesistente. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, cracker, biscotto, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, agrumi e spezie.

Al naso arrivano sentori di fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, ananas, arancia rossa, vino bianco e uva spina.

Brewfist - The Bad Sentenza, Xth anniversary Whisky Barrels 9%

Clear dark brown to black beer, big aery irregular beige brown head, pretty stable, falls down after a while, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: oh my, that’s very peated all right, lots of smoke, a bit medicinal, apothecary, very strong. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very peated, roasted, bitter, dry and smoky, more roast, some chocolate, nice. Aftertaste: a lot more peat, roasted, dry, medicinal and alcoholic finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, strong barrel and light chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light vanilla and dominant vinous barrel taste with some alcohol in the finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Hazy orange coloured, big off-white head, yeasty floral nose. Floral, fruity, light caramel and notes of chlorophenols with heavy carbonation. The BBE date is ok but the beer itself isn't in best shape.

Clear peachy orange blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, funky, pretty spicy, orange peel, some cardamom, fresh basil. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, raspberries, metallic, lemony, a bit watery. Aftertaste: sourish, bitter touch, a bit soapy, some raspberries, metallic touch, ok but not great. Decent enough though!
