BB 12/2032, lotto# L220121.

Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Hazy orange coloured, big off-white head, yeasty floral nose. Floral, fruity, light caramel and notes of chlorophenols with heavy carbonation. The BBE date is ok but the beer itself isn't in best shape.

33cl @ 🏡 shared with Phill and Alex.
Aroma: Belgian Saison on steroids, peppery, malty, some sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, noticeably boozy and hoppy.
Overall: decent.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy irregular beige brown head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: some acetaldehyde, a bit smoky, some soy sauce, almonds, marzipan. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, oxidized, chocolate, cocoa powder, earthy, some charcoal, green apples, bitter touch. Clear orange beer, creamy dense white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of lab cultivated brett yeast, very clean, floral, funky, white pepper. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, some grapefruit, very floral, soapy bitterness, dry, lab cultivated brettanomyces, some grapefruit peel, slightly woody, some tannins. Aftertaste: spicy, white pepper, some gooseberries, touch of kiwi, a little too soapy, nice but not great.
