Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een whisky en hout achtige geur. De smaak is vol, houtig, Vanille en whisky.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV en Roelzie. Het is een wat gelig bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een zoete geur met tonen van vanille. De smaak is moutig, zoetig en Caramel achtig met een wat kruidige en houtige afdronk.

Bottle. Color: Copper, thin yellowish head. Aroma: Caramel malt, sweetish fudge, boozy Bourbon, vanilla. Taste: Less sweet than expected from the aroma. Over moderate sweet, caramel, malty, spicy, hints of nuts, vanilla, wood. Boozy notes. Light to moderate bitterness. Some umami notes. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Nice.

Bottle. Mahogany. Lots of ginger, caramel, gin, tea, vanilla, brandy, aniseed. Medium sweet and boozy bitter. Medium bodied with some more booze in the finish. Very herbal.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Malty, fruity grape. Taste: Sweetish, malty, lightly yeasty, subtle vinuous / white grape notes. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting fruity, malty and lightly hopbitter finish. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Lightly creamy mouthfeel. Ok, but I'm curious how this beer would taste with some more months barrel ageing.
