Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Papery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is very malty, nicely bready and chalky. Mild sweetish, floral hop aroma. Clean and assertive bitterness.

Tap at the brewery. Med-thin body, well attenuated and quite dry throughout. Medium carbonation. Lots of dry roasted coffeeish maltiness, moderate beech smoke with med-light ashy deep roast. The malt also contributes light astringency, not too much though, acceptable level. Med-high roasty bitterness, quite low sweetness. Not really easy drinking, but that is also acceptable here. Intense, clean, quite good.

13.8.2021. Tap at the brewery. 2021 edition is 8°P, called Fe. Med-thin body, high carbonation. Assertive saisony spiciness in aroma and flavour. Light wheat, light funk of the washing cloth kind - not a stranger to some saison style beers. A good beer overall, easy drinking, true to style imo, just not exactly my favourite. 7.2.

Well attenuated, nicely showcasing the saison yeast, soft spiciness, peppery, cloveish, subtle fruity esters, no fruit in particular though. Med-light flowery, spicy hops character. Light sweetness, med-light bitterness. Very easy drinking, well balanced, great beer. 8.6

Tap at the brewery. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, slightly zesty. Fully hoppy, with only faint background malt character. Lots of pleasant exotic, pineapple character. Easy drinking, tasty, very good. 4,0 Rerate, tap at the brewery. Quite hazy, feels like a NEPA. Pretty nice though. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light juicy sweetness. Medium intensity hops character, stone fruits, tropical. Light doughy yeastiness. Overall easy drinking, fresh feeling. Quite good. 3,7

Tap at the brewery. Rather thin body, medium-low carbonation. Medium malt presence, mostly subtle toasted bready notes, light nutty, hint of roast. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Hops character is light, subtle grassy earthy notes, but overall rather malty. Well balanced and also quite classic feeling. Easy drinking, clean. Quite good beer, nice example of style.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- citrusy, lime, apple, cucumber, candied citrus, spicy, herbal, phenolic. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Bottled 500ml. -at Lajka Prague, shared with hrabren. Almost black coloured, medium sized beige head, light roasted malt and smoke in the nose. Light roasted malt, smoked bacon, notes of chocolate and bitterish roasty finish.
