BiB at the Wharf, Aalborg. Clear, golden with some white foam at the rim. Sour apples and yeast in the aroma. The flavor is of green apples, yeast and with a clean, medium, sour and astringent mouthfeel. Like it. (060506)

Bottled. Pale golden with no head. Lots of sourness in the aroma, along with apples and yeast. Sour apples, yeast and some medicin-like notes in the flavor. Thin, astringent mouthfeel. Lovely and refreshing cider. (060518)

A light yellow cider with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is acidic apply, while the flavor is dry woody with notes of apples and a light acidity. But the body is thin.

Bottle. Golden colour, woody slightly musty aroma. Taste is very smooth touch on the sweet side some oakiness, doesn’t have the real appley tang edge to it that others have but very nice and easy drinking.

The Bell at Hampton Poyle, Oxon 16-07-06. Quite impressed to find this pub had five real ciders available. Golden in colour, sweet appley aroma, nice tangy apple taste but a touch on the sweet side, I enjoyed this and found it quite refreshing but unusually for me with cider found this to be just a touch too sweet.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Clear and Pale Golden colour with slight mustyiness in the aroma and the faintest of appley aromsas.Very easy to drink for an 8.2% cider apples and oakiness in flavour all in all quite a decent number.
