Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, pepper and other spices, malt, lemongrass, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, straw, yeast, pepper, and lemon, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a huge, off-white head that settles into a two-finger lid, over an unclear, golden-orange body. The aroma has a strange fruity and citric twist, lightly reminiscent of some dishwashing soap. After a while, it gets better, but still... Spiced and wheaty as well. The flavor is quite pleasant, blending spices, citrus and pale malts in a nice way, and then there’s some funk in the background. Full to medium body, quite effervescent. Lasting finish. Overall, a bit too lemony and I’m not very fond of the aroma, still it’s a nice beer indeed. 120218

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice frothy head with excellent duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, citrus, malt, herbs and hops.

Bottle, 7%. Mild citric aroma, Brett? Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is mildly Bretty, lemony. Has a little astringent/grapefruity bitterness in the finish, but balances the beer off well.
