Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship
We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

16oz can pours a mostly clear champagne gold with some fading white head. Nose is inviting, stone fruits, green grapes, some pinot gris, lightly buttery, some dusty couch, stale grist flour. Flavor is only lightly tart, lightly salty, some very dry grist, lemon peel, some buttery wood notes. Missing stone fruits on the tongue. Finishes dry and lightly tart.

12 oz can purchased at Cappy’s in Norwood, Ohio. 11/2/17 on bottom of the can. 11 days old when consumed. The pour is a hazed yellow orange with a smallish white head that leaves nice lace. The aroma is grassy, floral, citrus hops along with caramel malt and evident alcohol heat. The taste is a smooth balance between the clean super fresh floral grass and citrus hops, the cracker malt, bitter peel and some wheat grain character to the finish. The palate is medium bodied, with unfiltered mouth feel and the bitterness and nicely integrated alcohol in the finish, easy drinking big IPA.
