Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship

We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

From a $2 can at chalet in n lima. Looks like any other pale beer with a head at first but then fades to nothing rapidly. Smell is mildly reminiscent of a Christmas holiday brew. Taste has an odd volatile alky impact. Its sweet & somewhat cloying in nature, a difficult, throw all things into it, mess. Weird, distantly holiday with a unique unlikable bitter cough medicine feeling in the back of yer throat. Later there is this faint olfactory of sweet candy. Not fun. Mouth coating nasty stuff. Can not appreciate. Must have been made with all the extra odds and ends stuff they had laying around.

Quarantine Beer #136 sampled at home on 05/17/2020. Slightly hazy cola color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of cherry, wheat and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of cherry cola, wheat and malt. The finish is sweet-tart cherry soda. Decent overall.

Orange can for two fitty at vintage. Big foaming pour wants to go over the top of my glass. Ever so slight fruit perfume nose. Pretty good bubbly co2. Taste is just a little fruity but mostly IPA. The fruit tends to take the edge off the IPA but make no mistake, this is bitter unfiltered IPA. White bubbly head remains at 4 inches continuously but goes craggy. Lots of chunks floating in this one. Interesting yet not impressive. Just another IPA bastardized brew.

Poured form a multicolored blue can, and tasted at room temperature. Got is for two bucks at vintage. Looks like your typical fest beer, clear and a little darker than pale. Even at room temp, it has those typical fest lager things going on. Also, there is very few if any ill effects. Pretty good 'toberfest brew. Thanks.

Hazy amber with an average level of carbonation. Aroma of fermented fruit, lambic yeast. Taste has kvass yeast, Belgian ferrous notes, dark stone fruits. Palate has continued fruit notes, cherry, ferrous. Extremely unique take on a NEIPA.
