Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship

We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

Can. Deep amber body, off white head. Aroma of spices, clove, cinnamon, light toasted grain. Sweet from start to finish. Medium body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Flavors of clove, cinnamon, sugar cookies. Sweet but not cloying. A nice Christmas sipper.

Clear orange-gold color with a thin bone white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Lemony and wheaty aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet-tart lemon, wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly tart with a lemony aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. A- Orange, vanilla, mild banana. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Orange, vanilla, tangy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly astringent finish. O- I'd call this a slightly more astringent IPA than a sour. I think this would be better fresh. Not a slushy appearance at all which is what I expected. Really okay at best. Not worth the hype.

12 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold pour. Large frothy white head. Fresh citrus aroma is redolent of orange mango. Flavor brings sweet orange, grapefruit, cinnamon and vanilla. Very tasty. A unique take on a holiday brew.

Big pounder can for 2-fitty at chalet in N Lima, nice place BTW. First taste is pleasantly tart peachy fruity taste. Decent, perhaps just a little artificial on the peach. Cutting co2 on the palate, nice; it keeps you hopping, heheh, or; should I say keeps you anti-hopping LOL. Some peach perfume nose on the olfactory. Sipping, swigging, gulping, whatever; goes down way too easy. Pehaps a cross between berliner weisse, fruited malt beverage, shandy and a gose? A little difficult to find the alky in this one. Yes, except for the slight artificial peach impact, not bad overall. Good beer tasting experience. Not cloying the least. Just good honest tart fun.
