Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship
We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

Can. A- Apricot, wheat. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Spice, stone fruit, apricot, slightly gummy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- Get some peach and apricot but it's pretty bland. Lots of odd spice and very yeasty. Just not a fan.

Can. A- Peach, lemon. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Tart, lemon, peach, artificial, tang powder. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, tangy finish. O- Tasted like a Lime-A-Rita but I guess that's what happens when you sell out to InBev. Not a fan. Cheap tasting.

Pour is slight haze on otherwise quite pale. Smell is regular old ale with maybe a tad of lime olfactory. Taste is mostly beer with some lemon and some lime peel. Can't really feel the passion fruit in this nor the blood orange. Decent co2 level. Bitter citrus peel feel in the middle. Not as refreshing as most shandies. Tartness is there but could be more, JMHO. Make me forget I'm drinken beer? Not sure about that. Overall slightly below average beer drinken experience. Slightly disappointing.
