From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship

Cloudy red plum with a large foamy pink head. Tart and tangy with mixed berries and vanilla cream. Long finish. Medium body.

Slightly hazy orange caramel with a medium sized foamy head that left decent lacing. Cracker, grainy, sugar and vague berry. Medium finish and body. Disappointing.

Keg at Brewnuts in Cleveland, OH. Pub floor and blackcurrant aroma. Thin look and thin blackcurrent taste. The sourness was pretty good and ofc it is sessionable but it isn't good enough to want another as it is all too thin.

Can split at Columbus, thanks to Fergus, 31/07/19. Hazed golden with a white head. Nose is tangerine, ripe melon, light pine nip, grass, soft malts. Taste comprises orange peel, tangerine, melon, light stoned fruits, grass, soft malts, pine dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Ok straight up kind of IPA.
