From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship
We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

Can. A- Roasty, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Roasty, slightly sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Good but a bit plain jane. Really not the sweetness you would expect. Thought there would be a much greater caramel flavor.

Can. A- Apple, stone fruit, light. A- Rose color, clear liquid, minimal fizzy head. T- Mild stone fruit, subtle hibiscus, sweet. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, sweet finish. O- Lots of stone fruit and maybe even a touch of strawberry. Some hibiscus floral notes. Overall, really not too bad.

Black with a large foamy brown head that lingered. Lighty bitter and roasty with wood, toasty malt, cocoa and artificial beery. Long finish. Medium body.

Dark honey color with a huge foamy head that left good lacing. Sweetish, a bit astringent, perfume and apple. Long finish. Medium body.

Murky peach with a small foamy white head that faded quickly. A bit dry and tart with light apple and mango. Medium finish. Light body.

Pours hazy gold with a small white head. It has a citrusy, malty aroma. The flavor is sweet malt with citrus. There’s not much going here. It’s a bit watery and overall kind of generic.
