Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Very tangy malts. Tangy fruits and light vanilla. More tangy fruits, getting a light Flemish Red sour vibe, Light dry finish. Okay.

Bottle, bb 14.10.2016 (shared by fatphil, thanks). Pours dark brown-black with beige head. Aroma is intense, roast, dark chocolate, malt, coffee. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, malt, bit ashy. Carbonation is bit high. Feels watery. Overall: ok.

Opaque dark brown colour, good frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, thin layer remains, good lacing. Rich aroma, roasted malts, cocoa, caramel, hint of dark fruits. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, roasty, dark chocolate, some toffee, spicy and earthy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, leading to a dry finish, spicy notes, bit ashy. Light to medium body, creamy to watery body, soft carbonation, could use a bit more body but otherwise a decent stout.

Peach and perfume. Vinegar. Sharp lacto. Nice acid. Dry as feck. Like a dry cider. A very brave effort. Drinks like cloudly lemonade.

Sample from tap at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016 from cask as Pope’s Yard Wild Whisky Brett B.A 5%. looks like a pepsi-cola with a kaki head. Aroma of malts, caramel, roasted malts, some whisky and alcohol, and some brett. Taste is quite sweet, however light for a BA Whisky, straw, caramel, dark malts, low bitterness, soft whisky, a bit dry in the aftertaste, some chocolate, medium body, low co2. tasy however a bit weird...
