06-12-20 // 330ml bottle from Hoptimism in 2018. cellar reorganization. This seems to turned a bit sour despite a BBD till 2027. Rich decadent body underneath a mild sourish vinegar note. Bottle from Eltham Wines. Gushed like a contestant on X Factor, managed to salvage half! Black pour with a beige head. Nose of creamy coffee,chocolate raisin,cocoa, light smoke. Vanilla,milky coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate. Spicy sweet finish.
