Cask gravity at the watford beer festival 2019. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with reddy hues and a loose dirty tan head. Aroma is bretty funk, Funky dark fruit, mouldy wood sour woody grapes. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, cakey malts, tangy cakey fruits, rum and raisin, mellow woody funk, brett, rich cakey malts. Palate is medium sweet. Medium bodied, light tang, moderate condition. Interesting stuff.

Cask @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2014. Almost black. Roast, coffee, lots of caramel. Buis,man. Soft sour roast flavor. Buisman, caramel, leathery notes. Malty sweet. Toffee. Amazing complexity. Sharp sourish aftertaste. Well hidden alcohol Cask @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2015, 2 years old. Dark brown color. Matured fruit in the aroma and flavor. Roasty soft bretty notes. Vinous with a hint of salt. Very low on carbon. Full bodied, sweet, toffee, very well rounded, immense complexity.

Cask @ IndeWildeman. Dark brown color, caramel. Hint of roast. Almost no carbon. Soft roast and caramel aroma. Whiky vaguely noticed, coming up in the aftertaste. Really good!

Cask @ Wildeman. Blonde, Cloudy. Bretty, grapefruit, salt and ginger in the aroma. Ginger, lemon and salt in the flavor. Good.

Tap @ Wildeman. Golden color. Peach and soft herbal notes in the aroma. Sour flavor, slightly herbal, with lime. Dry herbal finish. Good.

Bottle @ Wildeman. Purple red color. Brett and cherry in the aroma. Thinnish but sour bretty flavor with cherries. Some sweetness from the cherries. Fairly complex. Nice one.

Cask gravity at the Pope's Yard brewery in frogmore. A light hazed brownish amber coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is rustic grains, toast, hint of caramel,. Flavour is composed of rustic toasted malts, apple, hint of smoke. Palate is semi sweet, hay, fine carbonation.

Cask gravity at the Pope's Yard brewery in frogmore. A light hazed reddish brown coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma holds some spice, light tart, apple, low funk lightly toasted rustic grains. Flavour is composed of toasted malts, hints of tart apple, cinnamon, low wood, some jammy fruits. Interesting beer. Palate is semi sweet, fine carbonation.

14/2/2019. Bottle from BEER:shop, Hitchin. Pours golden with an orange tint and a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, malt, yeast, herbs and balsamic vinegar. Light sweetness, quite heavy sour. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not a fan.

Bottle @ Beer:Store, Hitchin. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are herbs, lactose acid, fruits, spices and has a sour finish. Aroma is bad, but taste is nice.
