Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts strong, roasty malty. Alcoholic, but not too intense. Woody-dry background. Finish wonderful balanced, still roasty-malty-alcoholic. Really nice!

330ml bottle from St Albans Beer Shop, St Albans, Herts. A dark copper coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Malty, caramel, fruity, orange marmalade taste and aroma. Reminds me of Fullers 1845, very nice indeed.
