Cask at the Rake, London. Pours clear, light yellow with a fine head. Quite a hoppy aroma with mostly grass. Flavor is mildly sweet, with a strong bitterness of grass and dirt. Lightly carbonated and light in body. FInishes with lingering, dirty bitters. Good stuff.

Cask at the Marble Arch, Manchester. Golden looks with a smallish white head. Juicy fruit and hop abounded in the nose and flavour which both had a real shine to them. Bitterness spot on. Supremely refreshing and glaggable. Just about all you could want in a summer brew. Only a pity we never had much of a summer itself up here in the North West (again).

Cask at CPK, London on 10th September 2010. Amber with a thin white film of foam for a head. Ginger and spice in aroma. Stinging ginger - GREAT! - in-mouth, lime citrus touches complement the gingery kick. Well-crafted, different and rather enjoyable!
