19th July 2021; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five of us splitting 16 different beers, t'was a good night! Cheers Mat for the 500ml bottle of this very limited beer (bottle 187 of 384). Amber body with a haze, weak white head. Herbal and rum esters in the nose, the taste follows along the same lines with a mini sourness battling the rum and a mild oak/woody feel.

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Brown colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very acetic flavor. Long acetic finish. Creamy palate.
