Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity yeast, rosemary, thyme, yeast - wheat. Sweet-ish malty and tart-sih fruity aroma, hints of caramel, dark berries, bramble, a slightly artificial touch of cherry, mild funky overtones. Taste is minimally dry, sour, fruity, notes of red and dark berries, morello, a citric touch; dry, minimaly woody finish. Oily-watery texture, fine, prickly carbonation. OK.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Amber color. Vinous caramelly aroma. Hint of vinegar, Malty seeetish, soft vinous sour flavor. Lemon. Nice.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Dark brown color. Caramel, apple and vanilla in the aroma. Malty caramelly sour flavor with apple and vanilla. Can’t really taste the promised Tennessee barrel.
