US-size can @ Chez Sophie. Hazy golden yellow appearance, large white head. Tropical assortment on the nose. Taste is fruity in a very unexpected way.. presenting pithy pineapple, exotic citrus, yuzu. Nice, just a bit off kilter.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 28/09/21. Black with a moderate tan covering. Nose is dark chocolate, light spice, hint of coffee, mellow roast, nutty, light charr. Taste comprises chocolate, coffee grinds, toasted brown sugars, balanced roast, charr, toffee, molasses. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent well rounded impy.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A thick jet black coloured pour with a dense dark tan head. Aroma is rich earthy black malts, treacle, liquorice, burnt black sugars, some hot alcohol, Palate is thick and chewy, lowish spicy carbonation.. Flavour is composed thick black malts, super robust, bitter black liquorice, touch of smoke, salty roast malts, Super robust but a bit harsh.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours honey-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour, clean piney hops, citrus fruits, oranges, sun-kissed pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, further clean pale malts, rindy citrus, pine. Solid WC gear.

Can. Quite hazy golden yellow, medium white head, creamy and ok lasting. Nice fruity nose, sweet, ripe fruits with some hints of citruses. Moderate bitterness, hoppy with some sweetness in there. Lasting hoppy aftertaste. Light body. Proper IPA, lots of character. Fresh and nice.
